McGuire McManus is a New York City-based photographer from Texas. Her current work focuses primarily on lifestyle and portraiture.
McGuire graduated with her Bachelor of Journalism in 2016 and spent 2020-2021 studying Contemporary Fine Art Photography at the International Center of Photography in New York City. She also has years of experience as an art director and graphic designer.
The uncut version: McGuire loves expensive candles, watching 500 Days of Summer once a quarter, the feeling of grass on on her feet, 6pm in June, meeting for coffee and staying for 3 hours, most real housewives franchises, laughing with her friends (also crying with her friends), and most importantly — her two rescue dogs, Hugo & Delilah.
To work with McGuire feels like catching up with an old friend, and her desire is to know her subjects genuinely and intimately. She creates a safe space for you to be you, and to be seen beautifully.
